The story

Thirty years of Longbridge barbering. A new name above the door.

The team behind Norman’s of Longbridge, a fixture of the community for over thirty years, now cutting under Guy’s own name.

Guy learned his trade at Norman’s in Longbridge and ended up running the old shop himself. When its time was up in November 2023, he moved the team up to Lickey Road, took on the keys at number 502 and put his own name above the door.

It’s a traditional, family-friendly shop with a modern edge: skin fades and scissor work done properly, kids welcome, and the same faces in the chairs week after week. Some have been coming since the Norman’s days. Plenty now bring their sons.

No bookings, no fuss. Walk in, or ring ahead if you’re making a trip. Card and cash both fine. The boys’ and retired rates apply Monday to Friday before 5pm.
